To ensure we provide you with the best services, we use a streamlined support ticket system for handling all your inquiries and technical issues.

Follow these simple steps to create a ticket

 1. Click the "Open a New Ticket" button on the upper right Corner.

 2. Under Contact information, add your Email address, full name and phone number. (Please use a valid email address)                        

3. Under Help Topic, choose the topic that describes your issue.               

4. Under Issue Summary, write a brief about your issue.                      

5. Describe clearly the reason(s) for opening a ticket.                                          For students, clearly indicate your name, registration number, student number,
course and year of study.                                                                               

6. Provide any additional information required of you if any                           

7. Click Create Ticket to submit your ticket.
